Requirements & Benefits
Job Requirements
be at least 21 years of age
have a valid driver’s license
clean driving record
be able to read, speak & write English
pass a drug test & DOT physical
pass a FedEx background check
be of legal status to work in the USA
be able to safely lift/move 75lbs
be able to climb stairs
be able to work when it gets dark
be able to work in all types of weather
be able to know the importance of safety
Driver Responsibilities
conduct yourself in highly ethical manner at all times
show excellent attention to detail
demonstrate strong customer service skills
load, unload and deliver packages safely and punctually
work with a team in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
perform daily vehicle inspections and paperwork
work independently and as part of a team
Accurately operate scanner
consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner - routinely 130 stops per day
